About me

As a Human Givens Psychotherapist I provide therapy that quickly and effectively helps you to deal with both your mental and emotional wellbeing. Are you currently impacted by anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, phobias, addiction, overeating, grief or anger? Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, hopeless or living in fear and anxiety? Are you struggling to deal with family members? Would you like support with navigating life transitions career choices or relationship issues? It is my aim for you to leave each session feeling hopeful and confident that recovery is possible and that you are able to make the changes in your life to help you create a life that works for you. We will work to identify your goals for therapy and our work together will be tailored to meet those goals and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Human Givens therapy draws on the best of CBT, NLP, person centred, trauma focused, solution focused therapy, set within a holistic understanding of what we need as human beings to lead emotionally healthy lives. The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor.
