About me
Are you currently impacted by stress, anxiety, low self esteem, depression, OCD, trauma, phobias, addiction, ADHD, overeating, grief or anger? Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, hopeless or living in fear and anxiety?
Are you struggling to deal with family members? Would you like support with navigating life transitions career choices or relationship issues? Perhaps you are on your journey to becoming a parent , an expectant parent or in the early weeks or months of parenthood? (check out my sister site www.marvellousmammas.co.uk)
I'm a kind, caring and experienced Human Givens Psychotherapist working with children, adults, couples and families. You’ll receive a warm welcome at my private practice in north London or we can work together online, or on FaceTime or phone if preferred.
How can I help?
As a Human Givens Psychotherapist, I provide therapy that quickly and effectively helps you to deal with both your mental and emotional wellbeing.
It is my aim for you to leave each session feeling hopeful and confident that recovery is possible and that you are able to make the changes in your life to help you create a life that works for you. We will work to identify your goals for therapy and our work together will be tailored to meet those goals and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Human Givens therapy draws on the best of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), person centred, trauma focused, solution focused therapy, set within a holistic understanding of what we need as human beings to lead emotionally healthy lives.
Getting started
I offer a free 15 minute consultation so I can begin to understand a little more of the changes you would like to make and you will have the chance to ask questions you might still have. Do reach out via email or phone to ask any further questions/request an initial phone consultation.
After we have spoken I will forward my documents across to you via email prior to our first session for you to review, sign and return to me. In our initial consultation we will gently begin to explore and understand your needs and goals for therapy which will inform the focus of our work together.
My private practice is based on the ground floor within easy access of Camden Tube Station, Camden Overground, Caledonian Tube Station and Kings Cross/St Pancras Railway Station. Free parking outside from 6pm weekdays.
If you like what you have read so far and feel this approach is what you are looking for, then email or text me now.
I look forward to hearing from you
