About me

Hello, I am a Play Therapist, also trained in Child Parent Relationship Therapy, accredited by the British Association of Play Therapy.

I apply a creative approach to engage children/ young people in therapy. Playfulness helps children to explore their emotions, environment and relationships, play helps us to establish trust and unravel what contributes to their difficulties.

I believe in a client-centred approach where children and families are empowered, to express themselves safely and develop new skills and coping strategies.

I use a combination of mindfulness, creative expression, embodiment and reenactment to facilitate positive change for the whole family system. I am trained in Child Parent Relationship Therapy, this is an approach aimed at parents, it is a 10 week model, intended to teach a range of play therapy skills that can be used interchangeably to support children across different development stages.

If you'd like further information please dont hesistate to contact me.
