About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist who works both online and face to face in Notting Hill. My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, depression, loss, low self-esteem, family issues, relationships, and intrusive thoughts. I have a particular interest in working with parents who have small children.

I have always believed that talking is therapeutic.

Life presents itself with many struggles and talking to a professional in a safe confidential space can be very powerful and meaningful.  This has been the case in my own personal life.

Through my own therapy, I became passionate about wanting support others in having that same experience. I become a psychotherapist and work with adults and young adults.

My work is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I have the luxury to build meaningful relationships with my clients and that gives me insight into what it means to be human.

HOW I WORK:

Weekly 50 minute sessions online (zoom) and/or face to face.

My clinic for face to face work is at Cloud 12, Notting Hill, London (Thursday)

When you have contacted me, I invite you to a free brief initial call on Zoom.  This provides you with an opportunity to share why you are seeking support, ask me questions and for me to determine if I am the best person for you.

Once we both agree to that we want to work together, we decided on your weekly slot (same every week), I send you an intake form and my contract.

I am currently taking new clients.

I offer low cost therapy to students (limited hours).
