About me
Welcome to my profile and thank you for your interest.
My name is Bridget and I am an NCPS Accredited Counsellor with a client-centred, integrative approach, tailored to you.
I am here to support you with issues that are affecting your life. Together we will work through those things that are challenging, and aim for positive and lasting change.
I offer a calm, welcoming and relaxed environment to meet in person, and can also work online for your convenience.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression/low mood, domestic abuse and much more, offering counselling appropriate to you, and your needs. I offer a space to be heard with empathy, and without judgement.
Whether difficulties lie in the past or the present we will seek to find a way forward.
Alongside my private practice, I am a school counsellor, working with teenagers and young adults.
I am based just south of Reading, near also to Basingstoke, Wokingham, Bracknell and the surrounding areas.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Prof. Dip. Psy. C)
- Level 5 Certificate in Working with Children and Young People.
- Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory ( Dip CST)
- Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling (Dip. Hyp. CS)
