About me

I am a HCPC accredited Counselling Psychologist in the UK with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with various difficulties including: stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, PTSD, self esteem & confidence, borderline personality traits. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It is important we have a tailored treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I largely focus on schema approaches and identity. Through our work together we will better understand what your needs are and how you can continue to meet them outside of therapy. We can work together to better hear your inner child and feel supported enough to make healthy changes in your life.

I believe that therapy should be a journey and that each step of this journey matters. That's why I have carefully selected the therapy rooms in London to ensure all my clients feel safe, cared for and grounded from the get go.
