About me
I work with adults who are going through a difficult time, for whatever reason. I listen without judgement, and I ask questions with an aim to help you feel better able to move forwards.
Whether you are feeling sad, lonely, grieving or struggling to cope with day-to-day life or suffering with addiction, from abuse with anxiety or depression, I know and understand how difficult it can feel and how hard it can be to reach out for help. With that in mind it is very important to me to create a safe, calm, confidential environment to support you within.
I offer face to face counselling centrally in King's Lynn from the Tuesday Market Place as well as online and telephone counselling if that is preferable to you.
It is really important to find the therapist that is right for you and that you feel comfortable with so please feel free to contact me for a free initial telephone consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you. Please see my website for client testimonials.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and am therefore bound by their code of conduct end ethics.
