About me

Hi, I’m Amy and I am here to help.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and understanding space where you can feel safe, calm, and truly heard.  Whatever you’re experiencing — anxiety, low mood, depression, trauma, abuse, or loss — you don’t have to face it alone.

My approach is gentle and non‑judgemental, and together we’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and supported.

I offer face to face counselling centrally in Kings Lynn as well as online. Get in touch for a short, informal chat to see if I am the right person to work with you.
