About me

I understand how difficult life can be and how daunting it can be to reach out for support, my approach to counselling is grounded in empathy, warmth, and genuine care.

As a counsellor, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing and that, with the right support, you can overcome the challenges you face.

Initially we will start with a free initial telephone conversation to get to know each other a little bit and see if we are happy to work together.
