Hello my name is Amy, thankyou for viewing my profile.
As a fully qualified and accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I will offer you a safe, confidential space in which we can work together to help you feel better.
Whatever you are going though having a safe confidential space to talk things through with a trusted counsellor can make all the difference. I know how hard it can be to reach out and it is very important to me to create a safe, calm, confidential environment to support you within.
As an integrative counsellor I use a variety of techniques to explore the past and the present and your hopes for the future. My core training is in Person Centred counselling meaning I follow the core conditions of that field, those being to show empathy, be honest and genuine and never to judge, to accept you as you are and we will work in a direction and pace set by you.
It is really important to find the therapist that is right for you and that you feel comfortable with so please feel free to contact me for a free initial telephone consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am fully accredited member of the National Counselling Society and am therefore bound by their code of conduct end ethics.
