About me
I provide people a safe and supportive place to talk so they can address issues and begin to feel better. I am well attuned in providing talking therapy for a wide range of difficulties and complex issues. I provide support to individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds that require support navigating challenges in life.
I offer people opportunity to explore their experiences, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I facilitate the process by listening carefully and I offer feedback. We may also consider new ways of looking at issues. The therapeutic process and alliance assists people in achieving their aims, enhancing self-worth and moving towards a place of feeling better.
I believe in treating people with respect, empathy and unconditional positive regard. Taking that first step towards a more fulfilling life and feeling better takes courage. I am here to assist you in that process. Contact me today to arrange your first appointment.
