About me

Hi, I'm Sushila and welcome to my counselling profile. Seeking counselling can seem a little strange at first, not knowing the way forward and how to find change. Whether you are dealing with personal struggles, relationship challenges or simply seeking personal growth, counselling may be the way for you to help find healing, hope and a renewed sense of purpose.

I draw from various counselling approaches to provide you with a personalised and effective experience.

I specialise in Integrative Counselling drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to suit your unique needs. My training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person-Centred Counselling, Internal Family Systems, Transactional Analysis and Creative Therapy.

I have a background in Clinical Medicine, Psychiatry and Mental Health Services which has equipped me to work with individuals facing various emotional and cognitive disorders, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorder, addictive behaviours and trauma related disorders such as PTSD, complex PTSD and attachment trauma.

I endeavour to ensure all clients are met with openness, acceptance and unconditional regard and feel safe in their counselling journey.
