About me
About Me
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page.
I have lived and worked in London since 1991, having moved from Arles in the South of France.
My own experiences of life's challenges inspired me to pursue a career in counselling. I understand how difficult it can be to seek support, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and valued.
With over 25 years of experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health and emotional challenges, alongside specialist training as an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, compassionate, and personalised approach to therapy. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, bereavement, family and relationship difficulties, work-related challenges, and other emotional and mental health concerns.
Throughout my career, I have also developed extensive experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. This has given me a deeper understanding of the different ways people think, communicate, and experience the world, allowing me to adapt therapy to meet each person's unique needs.
Whether you are facing a specific difficulty, navigating a life transition, or seeking greater self-understanding, I provide a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Specialist Support for Depression, Anxiety, Stress, ADHD and Autism
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be struggling with low mood, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, emotional overwhelm, difficulties with focus, sensory sensitivities, loneliness, or feelings of isolation.
I support both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. Whether you have a diagnosis, are awaiting assessment, or are simply exploring your experiences, counselling can help you develop self-understanding, resilience, and practical strategies to support your wellbeing.
Support for Work-Related Stress and Burnout
Work and everyday life can place significant demands on our wellbeing.
I support individuals experiencing work-related stress, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, low confidence, workplace conflict, and difficulties maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Together, we can explore what's contributing to these challenges and develop ways to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
I support individuals of all genders who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, rape, sexual assault, coercive control, or other forms of trauma.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I recognise that trauma affects everyone differently and that factors such as gender, sexuality, culture, disability, faith, and neurodiversity can shape how people experience and recover from traumatic events.
Whether you are a woman, man, LGBTQIA+ individual, or gender-diverse person, you will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding throughout your therapeutic journey.
What I Can Help You With
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, or struggling with relationships, family issues, work pressures, or significant life changes.
I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, bereavement, loneliness, family and relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, anger management difficulties, addiction, and other emotional and mental health challenges.
I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, emotional regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges, and the impact these experiences can have on confidence, relationships, work, and everyday life.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
