About me

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile. I’m Sian (she/her), a person-centred counsellor, spiritual coach, and holistic therapist.

My clinical experience to date has allowed me to work with a variety of clients and presenting issues, but I specialise in working with adults of all ages who may be struggling with their identity, self-esteem, confidence, or who are adjusting to a life change/transition.

Perhaps you are feeling lost, disconnected and vulnerable right now. Maybe you yearn for deeper meaning in life or a better self-understanding. It is challenging and uncomfortable when you hold fears and anxieties, it can mean you don't know how to move forward which can feel overwhelming and as if you are trapped.

Whatever the reason for seeking therapy, I support people in having the space to find themselves, so in time, they can begin to feel more balanced, peaceful, and authentic. You can begin to feel more in control, less helpless and begin to trust yourself again.

Together, we will navigate the complexities of your journey, addressing the uncertainties and taking the opportunity to heal through building your self-awareness. In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to explore and redefine your identity and the relationship you have with yourself, meaning you can gain a profound sense of purpose, value, clarity and meaning.

I will create a space of compassion, presence, and acceptance where you can connect with yourself on a deeper level. To have the space to hear your inner voice and to explore what it means to you.

If the spiritual element of life isn't on your agenda, that's ok. I have heaps of experience working with clients who do not identify with spirituality, and I respect that not everybody experiences the world in this way. I pride myself on meeting clients where they are, and regardless of faith or belief, you will be in safe hands as we work together to overcome the issues you are facing in a way that feels right for you.

My therapy room in Warrington is a peaceful and tranquil space to slow down and to connect with your inner self. I also offer sessions online, so I’m able to work with clients from all over the UK.

I am fully insured and registered with the BACP.

Send an enquiry today to arrange a free 20 minute consultation where we can discuss your needs and understand if I am the right counsellor for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
