About me

There comes a point where “getting on with it” stops working. You’ve done the self-reflection, read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even had therapy before — yet something still feels missing.

On the outside, you look like you’re functioning, but inside there’s a quiet sense of emptiness, fatigue and worry. A part of you knows there must be more to life than holding it all together.

Many of the women I work with feel this way. From the outside, life looks fine — and they carry a sense that things should feel okay — yet underneath there’s a steady hum of disconnection.

They describe moving through their days on autopilot, feeling flat or unfulfilled, caught in overthinking and self-criticism. Some feel like they’re playing a role, and deep down long for something more real and nourishing.

For many, reaching out for help can carry a quiet sense of shame — as though they should already have the answers. Please know you’re not alone. These feelings often appear when we’ve drifted away from ourselves — when we’ve been living from “shoulds,” expectations, or old coping habits that once helped us get by, but now keep us feeling stuck, lost, or small.

My work supports women in reconnecting to their authentic selves beneath the layers of who they thought they had to be — so they can begin to feel more alive, connected, and true to who they really are.

How I work

Hi, I’m Sian, welcome and thank you for visiting my profile.

I offer psycho-spiritual therapy that honours mind, body, and soul.

Together, we explore what’s happening in your life with curiosity and begin to notice the patterns that no longer feel supportive of the woman you are today. We look at how past experiences may still be shaping the present, and how you can start responding to life in ways that feel more aligned and nourishing.

The work is gentle but deep — a balance of reflection, emotional processing, and practical steps that help you apply insights to your everyday life.

While my lens is psycho-spiritual, my style is grounded, warm, and down-to-earth. I hold space for what’s real — not bypassing or offering quick fixes, but creating a calm, authentic atmosphere where depth feels safe.

The relationship we build together is central to the process: a trusting, collaborative space where you can bring all parts of yourself and feel genuinely met. We are meeting human to human, but with space for soul too.

The basis of our work is talk therapy, and in our sessions, I often draw on:

  • Exploring and processing emotions with curiosity and care
  • Grounding, mindfulness, and reconnection with the body
  • How the nervous system influences emotional responses
  • Inner-child, archetypes, energy, and parts work as gentle ways to understand yourself and your relationships
  • Psychoeducation that helps you make sense of your experiences with compassion
  • Simple practices between sessions to support ongoing growth and integration (where agreed)

For those who are open to it, we can also include your astrological birth chart, tarot or oracle reflections, or Angelic Reiki energy healing. These are optional ways of deepening self-understanding — always guided by what feels meaningful and supportive for you.

This work is best suited to those drawn to reflective, holistic self-exploration rather than short-term crisis support.

What clients often experience

Over time, many clients notice themselves slowing down, breathing easier, and feeling more at home within themselves. They begin to recognise their emotions as signals rather than problems, learning to meet themselves with gentleness instead of criticism. The constant overthinking softens as they build a trusting, loving connection within.

Before, they might have looked outside themselves for answers — feeling disconnected from intuition and burnt out by people-pleasing or perfectionism. As therapy unfolds, they start to trust their own inner knowing, set clearer boundaries, and speak to themselves with greater kindness.

Life begins to feel steadier, less about striving, and more about living from a place of calm presence.

Therapy with me isn’t about getting back to an old you, or becoming someone new; it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the noise.

My approach and background

Although my work includes spiritual elements, I am first and foremost a grounded, real person. I aim to create a space that feels calm, spacious, and deeply human — where nothing needs to be performed or forced. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface so lasting change can take root.

Everything I share with clients comes from practices I’ve experienced for myself. I believe we all have the capacity for real, meaningful change, and my role is to support you in uncovering that capacity within you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
