About me

Welcome to my online counselling and psychotherapy practice. I’m so glad you’re here.

Life can be overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer 50-minute online sessions, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from different therapeutic techniques to suit your unique needs. I specialise in supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, OCD, addictions, imposter syndrome, confidence issues, and more. I also incorporate CBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, and holistic practices to help you build resilience and move forward.

Above all, I believe in a person-centred approach, meaning our sessions are guided by you. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering understanding and guidance. If you feel drawn to nature, I also offer the option to take sessions outdoors, integrating the healing power of the natural world into our work together.

You deserve support, and you don’t have to do this alone. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to help.
