About me
Welcome to my online Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, where your well-being is my top priority. With a deep commitment to helping you navigate life's challenges, I offer 50-minute online sessions.
My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best address your unique needs. I specialise in addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, CBT-informed techniques, trauma-informed care, phobias, imposter syndrome, addictions, OCD, confidence issues, mindfulness, and holistic practices. No matter what's holding you back, I'm here to help you work through it.
I believe in a person-centred approach, meaning that our sessions will be led by you, guided by your pace and needs. Additionally, I understand the healing power of nature and offer the option to take our sessions outside, allowing you to connect with the natural world as we explore your path to healing and growth.
Your journey towards a happier, healthier you begins here. Let's work together to find the solutions and strategies that will help you lead a more fulfilling life.
