Phoenix Health and Wellbeing
About us
Our wellbeing centre on Park Place offers high quality counselling, massage therapies and acupuncture on an appointment basis.
The proceeds from this work go into our charity which provides support to people in Leeds who have chronic health issues and low incomes. This means that people who, by virtue of their ill health, would not normally be able to access these treatments are able to do so.
If you come to us for your counselling you will not only benefit from seeing a member of our professional and fully qualified team of counsellors but will also be helping others who would not otherwise be able to afford this service.
We see clients with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression, phobias, family issues childhood trauma, relationship breakdown and stress.
Training, qualifications & experience
All of our counsellors are qualified to Diploma level, fully insured and members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
They regularly attend supervision sessions with qualified independent supervisors, and participate in on-going continuing professional development.
All of our staff are Police checked.

Fees
All of our sessions last for 50 minutes. The initial session is a chance for you to meet your counsellor and make sure that you feel able to work with them. As we have several counsellors it is not a problem to change professional after this session.
The initial session is £20 which covers our basic costs and gives you a chance to try our service. All subsequent sessions are £45.
If you have chronic mental or physical health issues you may be able to access our charitable service and receive subsidised sessions. Please call us for more information.
