About me

There are understandable reasons why we struggle, feel overwhelmed, or experience loneliness. Sometimes, putting our inner experiences into words feels impossible. Other times, we have the words but no one we trust to truly hear them. I understand how difficult it can be to open up and believe that someone will understand. If this resonates with you, I invite you to see therapy as an adventure—one of self-discovery, healing, and growth.

While embarking on this journey will take courage and perseverance, it will lead you down a rewarding path.

Together, we will explore underlying issues and patterns that may be affecting your ability to access feelings, memories, and experiences. As your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours become clearer, you may gain a renewed sense of self-awareness, experience meaningful breakthroughs, and feel a greater sense of freedom. With this newfound understanding, your relationship with yourself and the world around you can evolve, bringing growth and transformation.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I use my experience to support those who are ready to recognise unwanted patterns, sit with uncomfortable feelings, and allow those feelings to be. Together, we will cultivate a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself and your relationships—mentally, emotionally, and somatically. With mindful curiosity, we will uncover your path, allowing you to reinvent and reshape your life as it unfolds.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, a registered member of the BACP. I have experience supporting people facing developmental trauma, eating disorders, BPD, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, ADHD, and major life transitions. My approach is holistic, considering the whole person—their history, personality, and embodied experience.

Before our first session, I offer a free 20-minute video call to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your current situation. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Unfortunately, financial concerns often prevent people from accessing the support they need. That’s why I offer reduced fees based on individual circumstances. I believe that financial barriers should not stand in the way of getting the help you deserve.
