About me

Hello there, I'm Morgan. Sending you the warmest welcome to my directory page.

We can all feel a little bit wobbly sometimes and stumble upon moments when a helping hand makes the journey that little bit smoother, and I'm here to be that gentle guide. Offering support in a way that's warm, understanding, and free of judgment. Sometimes, a little kindness can make all the difference, and I'm here to provide just that.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I offer a heartfelt one-on-one therapy for adults and young people. Creating a space for you, just to be you. Whether it's a brief moment of guidance with short-term therapy or a longer, deeper exploration with open-ended therapy. My approach offers both online and in-person sessions.

In my counselling approach, I work integratively, using a harmonious blend of various modalities including three essential frameworks: Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This holistic integration woven to honour your unique essence and journey towards healing and self-discovery. Other approaches are also offered in our sessions together including (Mindfulness, Existential therapy, Gestalt therapy and Transactional Analysis). This fusion is a gentle flow, honouring your individuality while drawing strengths from each approach to support your self-discovery and wellness.

Things you may be struggling with:

  • Anxiety and worries
  • Depression and low mood
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Intimacy issues
  • Race, Culture and Identity issues
  • Low Self-esteem and Self-worth
  • Grief and Loss (Bereavement)
  • Pet loss
  • Life Transitions
  • Perinatal struggles
  • Stress
  • Social Anxiety
  • Work stress and home life problems
  • Conflict and Assertiveness management
  • Trauma (PTSD)
  • Health Anxiety or concerns
  • Phobias and Panic Attacks

If there are more struggles on your path not listed, please still reach out. Together, we can work through them.

I understand it may be difficult at times articulating your emotions and feelings with words, therefore I also adapt mindfulness activities in our sessions. Using calming breath work, the grounding essence of stone work, and the vibrancy of colour activities. As we delve into these soulful practices as gateways to your inner world, seeking meaningful connections and deeper understanding of your emotions.

Embracing the beauty of our uniqueness, I deeply honour and respect every individuals identity. My aim is to create a space where your culture, beliefs, values, and experiences are not only acknowledged but also celebrated. Creating an environment that feels safe, inclusive, and welcoming is my commitment to you.

Sending you warm wishes and look forward to being your partner on your journey of self-discovery and healing.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
