About me
My aim is to help you to gain better understanding of yourself, and help you develop your ability in helping yourself, working with an integrative approach within a trauma informed framework.
Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem, unwanted thoughts and images? This is what makes up the majority of the issues i work with, and perhaps counselling could help you too to seek understanding and develop better copying strategies to face your own struggles. Through a sensitive and caring supportive approach help guide you to find successful solutions to help manage and work through your problems. I am able to provide support with a variety of issues.
A little of my background as an individual.
- I Volunteered for New Pathways for 3 years as a counsellor specialising in working with Trauma, from Sexual Assault, Domestic Abuse and Rape.
- Am a Veteran of the Armed Forces.
- Have spent 20 years as a small business owner and managing director.
- Hold a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Psychology
- Currently Studying a Masters in War & Psychiatry @ Kings College London
- have worked within a CAHMS secure unit supporting young women.
- have worked within a women’s refuge supporting women after domestic abuse/violence.

- CPD in Child protection awareness
previously volunteered for 3 years as a Counsellor for New Pathways specialising in working with clients struggling with Trauma relating to Sexual Assault, domestic abuse / violence, Historical Child abuse, since April 2022.
