About me

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society. MNCS (Accred)

The world is a very challenging place, particularly now. We never know what will emerge to test our resolve and wellbeing. When those episodes arise, it is often difficult to understand and make sense of what is going on.

Perhaps you are experiencing relationship difficulties, a loss such as bereavement or redundancy or are feeling anxious or depressed.

It may be that you are struggling to find a direction in life or have a sense that something isn't right without knowing what it is.

I offer a safe and confidential space where we can come together in a therapeutic setting to work through matters which are affecting you.

My clinical experience includes a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, abuse, depression, addiction, stress and relationship difficulties.

I come from a background of four decades in public service where I have managed trauma and grief in the highest of profile settings.

I care passionately about the power of healing through our darkest of times and can bring a depth of experience and mutual empathy. I will join you and work with your feelings. I will help unravel their complexities and can assist you in understanding your thoughts and taking you to a place where you can effect positive change for yourself.

I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that I am fully up to date and can provide the most professional service to you
