About me

Anyone can have therapy, for all sorts of reasons, maybe something is missing in your life, you want to grow or you feel stuck. Whatever it is that brings you here, I will provide a safe space to explore what it means to be human, to exist in this world.

It takes courage to be vulnerable and can feel risky to be who we are. Through working with me and mindful curiosity about yourself. I believe you will come to an awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I pay close attention in my work to the wider cultural and social narratives, inter-generational and childhood experiences.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Counsellor undertaking further professional development to become a Certified Transactional Analyst. Alongside my private practice, I provide therapy services for various charity organisations and continue to work for the NHS as a clinical pharmacist. This means I am a specialist in the use of medicines for common mental health and long-term physical conditions, with an awareness of the impact such conditions can have on people's lives.

I follow the ethical standards of the UKCP, the NSCP and UKATA.
