I am passionate about helping people to become everything they want to be and that I know that they can become. I believe that everyone we meet in life is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something.
I am an integrative counsellor, and work using a combination of: Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies , Counselling Children and Adolescents and am a Counselling Supervisor.
My background is Nursing and I have over 30 years experience of working as a Nurse in various settings such as Hospitals and Care Homes. I believe this experince enhances the quality of my work.
I offer a safe, professional and confidential service at an affordable price for adults of all ages ,children and adolescents.
I am based in Little Sutton, but cover a wider area that included Chester and the Wirral.
I offer face to face counselling on a short or long term basis depending other the person's needs.
Home visits are available following an assessment.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP and am working towards my accreditation.

£40(50 minutes sessions).
£25 (50 minutes sessions) for young people, 16 and under.
£40 (50 minutes sessions) for home visits around Chester and surrounding areas.
£25 (50 minutes sessions) for Trainee Counsellors.
24 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments otherwise the full fee is payable.
Payment is made at the end of each session.
