About me

I am passionate about helping people to become everything they want to  be and  that I know that they can become. I believe that everyone we meet in life is afraid of something, loves something and has lost something.

In the process of counselling we will engage in a form of psychological or talking therapy that will offer you the chance to change how you feel and to live better.

I am an integrative counsellor, and work using a combination of: Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have  further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies ,  Counselling Children and  Adolescents

I offer COUNSELLING SUPERVISION  to Qualified and Trainee Counsellors that use Person Centred, CBT ,Psychodynamic  approaches or an Integrative model.

My background is Nursing and  I have  over 30 years experience of working as a Nurse in various settings such as Hospitals and Care Homes.  I believe this experince enhances the quality of my work.
