About us

We are a Christian counselling charity providing access to counselling, mental health and well-being support for everyone in Northamptonshire irrespective of faith background.

Our mission is to provide a safe space for you to talk about whatever is on your mind and to discover, rediscover or recover that which makes your life worth living.

In addition to counselling and well-being workshops, we offer peer support and CPCAB accredited courses to students training to be future counsellors and supervisors.

Training, qualifications & experience

Whilst most of our counsellors are registered and qualified, a small number of student counsellors offer sessions (a requirement of a Level 4  (Diploma) or higher qualification).
