About me

Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) is a relational therapy which gives you the time and space to explore how past events and relationships have affected you by identifying your unhealthy patterns of relating. It aims to increase your self-awareness by noticing when these patterns are happening and finding new, healthier ways to relate. It looks at the relationship you have with yourself, how you relate to others and how others relate to you.

I offer online therapy over Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 6 pm and Friday mornings.

If you would like to know more about CAT and how I can help you, I can offer a 20-minute phone consultation session or you can send me an email. The phone consultation will enable us to explore what you would like to achieve from therapy. It will provide us with an opportunity to discuss some of the issues which have brought you to seek therapy and for you to ask any questions about the therapy and put a voice to the name.

You've made the first step by reading this and beginning your journey of improving how you currently feel.
