About me

I have worked extensively within NHS Talking Therapy Services, providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Trauma and Depression. I have had the pleasure of supporting clients across a range of ages, cultures, and abilities.

I aim to create an open and reflective space where you can feel confident in exploring the challenges you face. Using a series of therapeutic techniques grounded in contemporary science, I will help you to achieve insights into how your thoughts and actions influence your life experience. This will create a foundation of knowledge from which you can start to catalyse positive change.

Equipped with an enhanced sense of clarity, you will learn actionable strategies that are designed to sustainably change your key symptoms. I will support you in exploring and refining your application of these techniques to increase their effectiveness. You will explore how formative life events have shaped your beliefs and values whilst systematically investigating their accuracy, and their consequences. We will explore ways to update and reform the beliefs and values that have now become self-limiting.

The aim of therapy is to increase your level of self-knowledge and your skillset, so that you feel confident in confronting life’s challenges by the time our sessions come to a close. Therapy will help you to identify and surpass your limitations, so that you can work towards living a life full of meaning and fulfilment.

Effectiveness and Testimonials

CBT is widely recognised as one of the most effective scientifically validated Psychotherapies. I have personally supported many clients who have achieved significant personal transformations using CBT.

Luke possesses a unique ability to create a safe and welcoming space where I felt comfortable opening up about my struggles. His respectful and non-judgmental approach made it easier for me to share my thoughts and feelings, which is a significant step in my healing journey. With his guidance, I've made substantial progress in organizing my life. His insights and strategies have been invaluable, and I feel fortunate to have him as my therapist.” - University Professor from a Prestigious London University

Free Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where clients can explore whether CBT therapy is the most suitable therapy for their needs. If you are interested in working together, feel free to send me an email and we can arrange a time to speak over the phone or over Microsoft Teams.
