About me
Welcome to Lucy Listens.
I’m Lucy, a qualified counsellor based in Flintshire, North Wales.
Life is unpredictable, and navigating its peaks and troughs can be a challenge. One of the best ways to make sense of the journey or ease the heavy load of a low ebb is to talk with someone impartial who will listen without judgement - that’s where I come in.
Through counselling, I take an empathetic, trauma-informed approach and support you to explore and untangle your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential space.
Whether you need support to make sense of a particular experience, the opportunity to see a situation from a new perspective, or a designated corner of the week to simply focus on your wellbeing, counselling can help empower you to be your best, most authentic self.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
