About me

Feeling Depressed or Anxious usually signals that your needs are not being met & I'm widely experienced to support you in discovering them.  You may want to address difficulties in your relationship, at work, within your family,  as a parent, your friends or even the way you see yourself, all of which I can support you with.

As well as this, I also specialise working with those who have had difficult family, childhood and/or relationship histories including; Challenging/Toxic Family Dynamics, Abuse (inc. Narcissistic) Bullying (child/work/adult), Domestic Violence/Stalking, Assaults & Trauma Life Events.

Our history shapes us & can lead to Self-Doubt, People-Pleasing, Attracting Entitled People, Guilt, Poor Boundaries, Poor Self-Esteem, Fear of Relationships, Trauma Responses (PTSD) & feeling Powerless to make a Change.

I offer a Kind, Caring & Safe Space for you to discover once and for all exactly what is holding you back.  I'll help you unpick some of the unhelpful perceptions you probably have of yourself & support you to discover your True Potential. You are far more capable that you realise and I'll  share my knoweldge & expertise to help get you there.

I am a genuine and down-to-Earth person &  know making that first contact can be a challenge. Why not start with an email or text? You can then meet me online or over the phone for a FREE 30 minute consultation and if you decide to, have sessions Online Across The UK or Face to Face in Mansfield.  I am here to help and look forward to hearing from you soon.
