About me

”Hi… I have a one simple question just for you. Do you want to feel better?”

Then I am the right person for you.
Let me wonder, why are you here?

Welcome to the safe place where you will take control of your life.

Perhaps nothing in your life makes sense anymore?Perhaps you just do not know what is happening to you?

Perhaps life just got too hard?

Let´s fix that together

My name is Klara and I am educated at a University Level ( I have a degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology), so I have extended knowledge about how trauma and stress affect our brain and how it can affect the functioning and behaviour of people. I will support you and together we will keep you mentally healthy.

I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor ( registered with BACP) and I follow their code of conduct.
So, if you are a person who experienced bereavement,  health issues and stress, loss, cancer, significant life changes or a depression, I am here, ready to help you.

If you are a woman with menopausal symptoms or a man who is experiencing stress, burnout and anxiety, then I am the right person for you!  Whether you are a person who  is neurodiverse or neurotypical, if you simply finding your  life stressful and ovewhelming, then I am a therapeutic counsellor for you !

You will be supported fully and you will be listened to and you will  also be challenged,  so you can reflect on the cognitive bias that you may be holding on to and that are creating a barrier in  you living your own,  positive life and may be stopping you from finding your joy.

You will be provided with support via  online and also face-to-face,based on your preferences.

If you are feeling “broken and unhappy" and you simply want to be able to  hold your head higher with confidence, if you want to smile wider and your confidence grow, then I maybe the person to help you.

Most of my clients reported that they felt a significant positive change in their mental well-being after they finished their sessions.

I would like to warmly welcome you to your new path in your life in which you will re-discover the person that you may have lost due to life's challenges or previous hurts.

Thank you for taking the time and read my profile. Let's take the first steps towards happy and fulfilling life.. I will support you on your journey.

Do you feel that we can work together? Give me a call to find out whether I can support you to create new,  positive changes in your life.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
