About me
Welcome to your personal space that is non judgemental, safe and created just for you.
”Hi… I have a one simple question for you. Do you want to feel better?” I can support you.
Are you feeling lost, sad, depressed or anxious? Is your relationship suffering because you are feeling isolated and ignored or is your communication not met with an understanding?
Life can get complicated and frustrating feelings can be making you miserable. Time for positive change has arrived.
Are you wondering where to go next? Are you struggling with deep emotions, loss, sense of unease and find yourself in situations where you are questioning everything you do?
Losing a sense of identity and personal integrity, struggling to find your peace and experiencing inability to make decisions can be frightening. But there is plenty of research confirming that therapeutic counselling is a great strategy to apply if you are struggling with your emotions or if you are feeling stuck.
Welcome to the safe place where you will take control of your life.
Making sense of your situation can be the first change you will make during counselling . Therapy does allow for that.
I am a counsellor experienced in dealing with all of the above feelings and I will try to understand your personal perspective of your experiences. I understand that life can be just overwhelming and hard. That is a moment that speaking to professional can be helpful.
Let´s fix that together.
My name is Klara and I am an experienced therapeutic counsellor, educated at a University Level ( I have a degree in Psychology of Science with Honours).
I have extended knowledge about how trauma, mental health issues, anxiety and depression, adverse childhood experiences, illnesses, or death of your loved one or marital/ partner break up can negatively impact your inter peace. At times, stressful experiences can affect our brain and human capacity to cope, with that our resilience can be depleted, causing inner distress. Living with this grade stress can, however have extremely negative impact on the functioning and behaviour in our lives.
I will support you and together we will work on strategies to help you keep mentally strong.
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor ( registered with BACP) and I follow their code of conduct.
I have experience working with people from many cultural and religious communities and I thrive to have inclusive and trauma informed practice.
So, if you are a person who experienced bereavement, anxiety, health issues and stress, loss, cancer, significant life changes or suffer with depression, I am here, ready to help you.
If you are a woman with menopausal symptoms or a man who is experiencing stress, burnout and anxiety, then I am the right person for you! Whether you are a person who is neurodiverse or neurotypical; if you simply finding your life stressful and ovewhelming, then I am a therapeutic counsellor for you too.
You will be supported fully and you will be listened to and you will also be challenged, so you can reflect on the cognitive bias that you may be holding on to and that are creating a barrier in you living your own, positive life and may be stopping you from finding your joy.
You will be provided with support via online or face-to-face, based on your own preferences.
If you are a man who is feeling “broken and unhappy" and you simply want to be able to hold your head higher with confidence, if you want to smile wider and let your inner peace to be discovered and grow, then I maybe the person to help you.
Most of my clients reported that they felt a significant positive change in their mental well-being after they finished their sessions. I do not promise miracles , I will just support you to my best ability to create a safe place for you to make positive changes in your life. I will also re-evaluate effectiveness of our sessions to monitor your progress within our sessions. I understand that change takes time but I also feel strongly about efficiency in my practice. I would like to welcome you to your new personal space in which you will re-discover the person that you may have lost due to life's challenges or previous hurts.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Perhaps the start of 2025 will finally bring you the opportunity to seek inner peace, self- love and acceptance of who you are.
If you are ready for a new positive change in your life, contact me. Life without anxiety, depression, stress and feeling of not coping can be sorted.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
