About me

Let’s start with an introduction. I’m Kirstie, an integrative therapist based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. I work with couples, families, and individuals online and face-to-face.

I am passionate about nurturing relationships, believing they are crucial for our well-being and overall growth. Whether it’s the intricate dynamics between couples, within families, or the relationship we have with ourselves, these connections profoundly shape our lives.

I offer clients a safe, empathic, supportive, and affirming environment where you can explore, and talk about your thoughts and feelings, enabling you to develop new insights and gain self-awareness. With warmth, empathy, and collaboration, I strive to establish a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood.

I am deeply committed to my work with neurodivergent clients and have undertaken additional training to reflect this. My drive is both personal and professional; having lived experience, I have gained a deep understanding and empathy for the daily struggles faced in navigating a neurotypical world. Additionally, through my counselling work, I frequently encounter neurodivergent clients who have been repeatedly let down by countless services and institutions that should be supporting them. This reinforces my commitment to offer meaningful and effective support tailored to their needs.

There are no problems too big or too small when it comes to seeking therapy - whether it's communication issues, conflict resolution, infidelity, depression, bereavement, panic attacks, or intimacy concerns – therapy can offer a space for healing and growth. In my practice, I specialise in relationship therapy, where I work closely with couples to navigate the challenges they face, providing practical tools and techniques to help couples reconnect, rebuild trust, and cultivate a deeper understanding of each other.

If you are ready to take that first step towards enhanced well-being and more enriched relationships, I encourage you to reach out today. Together we can navigate the challenges you are facing and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.
