About me
Are you feeling disconnected in your relationship, struggling to communicate, or unsure how to bridge the growing distance? Perhaps you and your partner have different ways of thinking and experiencing the world—especially if one or both of you are neurodivergent. Navigating relationships can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone.
I specialise in working with couples, including neurodiverse relationships, to help foster understanding, improve communication, and rebuild emotional connection. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep you stuck and create new ways of relating that feel more fulfilling and authentic.
I also offer support for individuals navigating a range of personal challenges, including life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and mental well-being. I also have particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, whether you are exploring a diagnosis, seeking clarity, or developing strategies that work for you. My approach provides a safe and understanding space to help you process your experiences and move forward with confidence.
*NEW FOR 2025*
I am now offering a one to one support programme to support diagnosed autistic/ADHD/AuDHD adults. The programme consists of 6 structured one hour sessions designed to help you understand your diagnosis and provide practical tools for daily life, relationships and self. The cost of this programme is £200 for the block. If you are interested in accessing the Post Diagnostic Support Programme please mention this during initial contact.

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and discover new ways forward.
What to Expect
If you’re considering therapy, the first step is reaching out. I offer a complimentary initial consultation call where we can discuss your needs and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule an initial appointment where we can begin exploring your challenges in more depth and start working towards meaningful change.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
