About me

Counselling helps with many problems whether they're relational, emotional or caused by trauma. At times we can all struggle with our circumstances and mental health. Past events and challenges in the present may negatively impact upon our quality of life. Coping mechanisms often start to fail or become unhelpful.

Counselling allows some time and space to focus on your concerns, providing insight and clarity. It's an opportunity for honest open communication, without the fear of judgement and repercussions. This self-exploration tends to aid growth and healing, ultimately resulting in change and acceptance. I don't diagnose you or tell you what to do, rather I support you with whatever it is you wish to bring.

My Approach:

I'm a Graduate Integrative Counsellor, with past experience in mental health, general practice and domestic violence settings. I offer short-term, long-term and open-ended counselling. I work with individual adults, from 18 years of age upwards.

If you feel that a collaborative and understanding therapeutic relationship could benefit you, then please get in touch for a no obligation initial consultation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
