About me
Sometimes life feels heavy, especially when you’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else. I offer a calm, supportive space where you finally don’t have to. It’s a place to pause, make sense of the noise, and gently find your way forward.
I’m a BACP-accredited therapist based in Manchester, working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they are. Many of my clients describe our sessions as talking to someone who’s genuinely there with them, not just listening, but understanding and engaging.
I support people navigating:
Anxiety, panic, and the weight of overthinking
Burnout, low mood, or a lost sense of direction
Complex relationship and family dynamics
Parenting pressures and emotional depletion
People-pleasing patterns and low self-worth
Trauma, PTSD, and painful past experiences
Grief, loss, and difficult life transitions
A Safe and Compassionate Space
Choosing therapy is a brave step, it takes courage to slow down and face what you’ve been carrying. My approach is warm, conversational, and trauma-informed, helping you feel truly seen and supported at your own pace
Beyond traditional talking therapy, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a powerful approach that helps unlock and process the emotional charge of past experiences, allowing you to move forward with more calm and self-trust
In-Person and Online Sessions
Sessions are available in Sale, Manchester, or online for those who prefer the comfort of their own space
Working Together
Therapy with me is collaborative and centred around real connection and understanding. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your world and help you reconnect with yourself beyond the stress, anxiety, or guilt. My aim is lasting change, not just short-term relief
If you’re ready to move toward healing and self-understanding, I’d be honoured to support you

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
