Hello, I'm a qualified integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Clinical Hypnotherapist, Personal Development Coach and EFT (tapping) Practitioner.
My approach is that of a holistic nature, taking you and your life experiences into consideration from the outset to facilitate transformational healing, allowing space for autonomy for your own personal growth towards a positive outcome. Offering additional therapeutic approaches and modalities to the therapy session, tailored to suit you and your needs. (Please see below).
My specialisms are working with Stress, anxiety, Burn-out, Bereavement, Loss, Heartbreak and Trauma. Working with your thoughts, emotions and outward behaviours which may include healing emotional wounds, maybe from childhood and younger years through to adulthood, helping to heal your pain, increase your confidence and self-esteem, a different approach to relationships, including the relationship you have with yourself which can effect any or every aspect of your life. This may include stress and anxiety, attachment, self-sabotage keeping you stuck, or maybe no sense of direction. There may be trauma involved and in particular heartbreak and varying feelings of loss, not just in terms of bereavement. Helping you accept, adjust and implement tools and strategies to create a new way of living your life to the fullest.
If you feel that you need that extra support and someone to talk to who can help you to explore your thoughts and navigate your emotions, helping you to process your experience and maybe see things from a different perspective, gaining clarity of who you are, where you are and to feel that connection and a sense of purpose again, please call for a free consultation giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and find out if you'd like to work with me on a one to one basis.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
