About me

Hello! I support adults, children and young people to better understand themselves using a mixture of talking and creative therapy.

How counselling can help

Perhaps you struggle a lot with family conflict or an inner conflict where you are your worst critic. Maybe you or your child has had a recent ADHD or Autism diagnosis and you want some time and space to understand yourself better. You may want to improve your relationship with yourself and others or you're looking for support to unblock your creativity. Most importantly, you're looking to live a more playful, engaged and meaningful life.

My approach

My approach is gentle, warm, and fun. First and foremost, I try to understand your unique experience and perspective. I also bring in creativity. I believe this is essential for greater self-understanding and is also the birthplace of real growth. This might include use of image cards, sand tray, storytelling, and generally 'making stuff'.

What to expect in your first session

My way of working is person-centred and I often bring creativity into my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, as well as getting to know each other a little. We might use some creative tools to help support the interaction, such as therapy/image cards, or other similar ways of working.

We all experience adversity at different times in our life. I'm here to support you while you pick up the pieces and create something new and beautiful. And remind you that the greatest relationship you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself. Please contact me today for a free consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
