About me

If you are looking for a sense of wholeness and completeness in your life, then I can help you. That might mean a sense of purpose, a connection to something that is greater than yourself, trusting your intuition or a releasing and letting go of old stories, resentments and identities.

I work at a soul level to help you achieve the life that you want to live, by releasing the blocks and the beliefs that stop you. The roots of these blocks and beliefs could be from your childhood, from ancestral trauma or from past lives. You don’t need to believe in ancestral trauma or past lives in order to clear the energy that is stopping you. In some ways you could just say that these are metaphors. All you need is an open mindedness to something greater than yourself and a willingness to feel and release any difficult emotions that have got stuck, whatever the roots are.

I have trained in many different modalities which gives me a very broad understanding of what might need releasing, clearing or healing. I have a very grounded understanding of what it is to be human and how we develop in to the adults that we are. I work psycho-spiritually, at a soul level to help you grow and develop in to the person you want to be and to lead the life that you want to live.

In order to connect with our soul wisdom, we need emotional health. To be able to have emotional health we need to listen to our soul wisdom.

We can often get caught up in life with doing what we feel we 'should' do and ignore or lose touch with what we want and our hearts desire. This can lead to dissatisfaction, depression, anxiety, health problems, relationship issues to name a few consequences.

Emotional Health
For me this means going through our daily lives contented, resilient and responsible for ourselves. Being able to put in to action the changes that we want in our lives and being able to live it the way we want. This sounds easy, but there are many things that get in the way of this. Often it comes down to our core beliefs and values of ourselves, others and the world. All the experiences that we have had from our conception to adulthood create the blueprint that we function from. If you have subconscious beliefs that go against what you are trying to achieve, such as “I’m not good enough” (which most people do) then this is going to make your life harder.

Soul Wisdom
We all have soul wisdom, but it can be difficult to tune in and listen to as most of us have stopped trusting ourselves. This can be through explicit traumatic experiences or the drip, drip, drip of everyday life. When we listen to our soul’s wisdom our lives can be everything we have dreamed of and more.

I use energy psychotherapy, family constellations, psycho-therapeutic shamanism and intuitive integrative psychotherapeutic counselling. This means that I can offer psycho-spiritual therapy to help you get back in touch with yourself and to let go of that which no longer serves you.

You CAN lead a bright, joyful, empowered life.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

Although there is a list of 'issues' I work with, I am not sure how helpful these are. I believe we are each individuals with our own unique experiences and that labels aren't necessarily helpful. Although the list may give you an idea of the issues I work with.
