About me

Hello, I'm Gillian, and I work by being me.

Each client I see has their personalities and individual area's of concerns, worries and anxieties. By listening to clients, exploring their concerns I am able to work with all area's of the clients life to assist them discover the root causes for their present issues and find ways that are individual to the client to resolve, accept or manage life better, empowering the client to have the confidence to progress with life, the good and the not so good.

I came into Counselling and Hypnotherapy because I felt that my life experiences and having a sort of calling (no idea where this came from), this was a career that I needed to pursue. The work and clients all bring different things to the therapy room, and it is a pleasure and privilege to be able to move forward together with my clients.

A mum of a client I am counselling recently said to me;
"Keep being you Gillian, because I am now seeing a happier son."

And as I said from the beginning all I bring to the therapy room is my experience, knowledge, but mainly me. I work with the Wheel of Life, as all area's of life effects another, by exploring all area's assists with the outcomes of the clients original issue/ concern.

I offer a 1hr free consultation - pop me an email or call for more info.
