About me
Are you asking yourself these questions:
Why am I tired? Am I depressed? What is going on? Why can’t I seem to find my own happiness?
If so, I can offer a space to explore the answers behind those questions, with empathy, kindness and safety.
If you feel judged, anxious, or stuck, then come and talk it through. Explore yourself, your desires, dreams, wants and emotions. Think about your relationships and where you are at.
I am a qualified counsellor, with a previous career as a teacher. I have a long experience of neurodivergence, hypersensitivity and SEN needs. I spent my career trying to understand myself more in order to offer a space of creative freedom to others.
As a counsellor, I can help you to find your answers to many questions such as the development of the brain, the role of emotional intelligence and self-awareness, the importance of learning about shame and vulnerability as a process to access creativity, freedom to learn and adapt to circumstances.
I have been training and have experience to journey alongside people who are experiencing:
- new diagnosis of neurodiversity
- a need to explore their own expression of their neurodiversity, such as Autism or ADHD
- trauma linked to coercive, cultic or spiritual abuse
- fertility processes, PCOS diagnosis and molar pregnancies
- abuse and bullying from teachers and students in school settings
- anxiety linked to exams, university degrees
- loss and grief
- anxiety and depression
- difficulties to set boundaries, or express themselves assertively
- relationship breakups or difficulties
- struggles with OCD, repetitive behaviours or misophonia
If you need a space to talk and confidentially, be yourself, please, contact me.
