About me
Welcome to FSK Therapy (Minds Matter)
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, past trauma, or difficulties in relationships, it can be hard to see a way forward on your own. You don’t have to face it alone.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, be heard without judgement, and begin to explore the challenges you’re facing. Together, we can work towards greater understanding, healing, and positive change.
How I Can Help
I support adults and young people (17+) with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns and stress
Trauma and attachment-related difficulties
Relationship and family challenges
Bereavement and loss
Confidence and self-esteem
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic methods depending on your individual needs. No two people are the same, so therapy with me is always tailored to you.
Some of the approaches I use include:
Talking therapy (Integrative Psychotherapy)
EMDR for trauma
Bilateral Processing
Hypnotherapy, Coaching and NLP
Holistic approaches such as Reiki and Belief Coding
Coaching and supervision (for professionals and agencies)

I look forward to hearing from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Therapist, working with both young people and adults. Alongside counselling, I am also a trained EMDR Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Belief Coding practitioner, offering both short- and long-term therapies.
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor (holding a diploma in person-centred supervision) and work integratively to support other practitioners.
I am an accredited member of:
NCS (National Counselling Society)
GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register)
I am also a member of:
EMDR UK (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Association)
ESTD (European Society for Trauma and Dissociation)
I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, calm, and confidential environment. In our initial session, you will have the chance to share what brings you to therapy, and together we can decide which approach may be most supportive for you.
To ensure the highest standards, I attend regular CPD training and have monthly clinical supervision in line with professional requirements.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working in local authorities, schools, private practice, and specialist organisations, with a particular focus on attachment, trauma, dissociation, and adoption.
I believe therapy should always be tailored to each person. Rather than taking a “one-size-fits-all” approach, I work flexibly and collaboratively with you, drawing on different techniques at a pace that feels right. My aim is to help you discover your own strengths and move towards healing and growth.

Further information
I am a fully accredited Belief Coding® Practitioner. Belief Coding® is a gentle but powerful way of identifying and releasing the limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that hold us back. It can support change in many areas — from easing physical or emotional pain to overcoming lifelong fears — by working directly with the root cause of the issue. Clients often find it to be a faster, more direct approach without needing to spend months in therapy.
Alongside this, I am also a qualified Senior Accredited Hypnotherapist (GHR). Hypnotherapy combines deep relaxation with therapeutic techniques to help create positive change at a subconscious level. Sessions are usually short-term (often between 2–6) and can be particularly effective for:
Anxiety, stress, or depression
Confidence, motivation, and self-esteem
Fears and phobias
Sleep issues or insomnia
Breaking habits (smoking, overeating, nail biting, etc.)
Managing pain or physical symptoms
Preparing for exams, public speaking, or life events (such as weddings)
Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural way of unlocking inner potential and supporting lasting change. It can also be combined with counselling or other therapies where appropriate.
