About me
I offer help to individuals who long to reconnect with themselves and others, personally and / or professionally.
You may find yourself struggling to get through the day as a result of troubling situations or overwhelming experiences and issues. Your will may be dampened by a difficult history of upbringing in your family or early social care environment.
I offer a safe, peaceful and confidential space for you to work towards relief from emotional pain and distress, to be accepting of yourself and to find self-compassion for the suffering you’ve experienced. We help you to rekindle vitality for life.
Within the therapeutic space, new patterns can be reshaped and healthier ways of Being can be created for navigating the rocky road of life. You may follow your own path based on a deep sense of inner knowing.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a post graduate diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London and a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology from the University of Middlesex.
I am a member of the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP), the European Association of Psychosynthesis practitioners (EAP). I work to the UKCP, EAP and APECS codes of ethics.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
I charge £60 - £70 per hour. Each session is typically 55 minutes.
I may be able to offer concession fees for those on low incomes, students and key workers.
You can bring your therapy to an end at any time, but I ask that you give at least two week's notice so that we can draw our therapeutic relationship to closure with review and by honouring the work. This is so that your ending creates possibilities for new beginnings.
