About me

Emotional challenges, which can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, sad, stressed or helpless.

My aim is to work with clients to help them overcome their struggles to have self-understanding and enjoy a meaningful life at home, at work and in relationships.

I will provide a therapeutic relationship, to individuals  endeavouring to create a safe space and earn trust from my clients so that they feel able to share things with me that are preventing them from moving forward.

I offer you a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever it is that brings you to therapy.

Please be assured that all enquiries are treated with care and the strictest confidentiality
