About me

Hello i am Carol

I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor

At some stage in our lives we all experience emotional challenges, which can leave us feeling depressed, anxious, sad, stressed or helpless.

My aim is to work with clients to help them overcome their struggles to have self-Understanding and enjoy a meaningful life at home, at work and in relationships.

I will provide Individuals a therapeutic relationship, I endeavour to create a safe space and earn trust for clients to feel able to share things with me that are preventing them from moving forward.

I offer a free 30 minuets telephone consultation.

I understand it is a very big step to enter in to counselling and takes courage to reach out so i offer everyone free initial telephone conversation of upto 30 minuets.

Following making contact, we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and find out how we can work together. Once you have decided if I am the right therapist for you, then we can arrange your first in-person session where we will make an agreement about the therapeutic relationship we will aim to create.

Please be assured that all enquiries are treated with care and the strictest confidentiality
