About me
As a Level 7 Integrative Therapist, Coach, and Couples Counsellor, I believe therapy should meet you exactly where you are. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and that’s why I don’t rely on a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques to collaboratively design a plan tailored to your goals and needs.
I provide a calming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges at your own pace. Whether you prefer a directive style with clear guidance or a non-directive approach that allows for self-led exploration, I adapt my methods to suit what works best for you.
By combining the roles of coach and therapist, I offer my clients a unique and powerful approach to personal growth and well-being. The benefits of this integrated approach lie in the synergy between the two disciplines. Therapy provides a deep exploration of the past, healing emotional wounds, resolving inner conflicts, and gaining self-awareness, while coaching focuses on future-oriented goal setting, action planning, and accountability to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes.
How I Can Help You
With extensive experience working with adults, I’ve supported clients through:
• Healing from trauma and processing historic abuse.
• Navigating divorce, separation, and other life transitions.
• Coping with grief, loss, and significant change.
• Addressing unhealthy behaviours and family relationship challenges.
• Managing imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
• Helping & empowering to rebuild, grow and thrive.
I also understand the unique pressures faced by professionals, including educators, medical practitioners, and emergency services personnel, and have extensive experience in providing tailored support to help navigate these challenges, manage work-related stress and reduce burnout.
In addition, I have a wealth of experience working with young people, helping them address:
• Anxiety, low mood, and self-harm.
• Body image concerns and self-esteem issues.
• Changes in family dynamics or home life.
• Academic and social pressures.
My decade-long career in the education sector, including leading a counselling service in a secondary school, gives me a unique insight into the challenges young people face, allowing me to connect with them in a relatable, safe and supportive way.
Couples Counselling
Relationships can be complex, but with the right support, they can also thrive. As a Couples Counsellor, I work with you and your partner to:
• Improve communication and resolve conflicts.
• Rebuild trust and emotional intimacy.
• Address individual challenges that may affect your relationship.
• Strengthen your connection and explore shared goals.
I provide a neutral, supportive space where both partners feel heard and respected, fostering understanding and growth.
Why I’m Passionate About This Work
In the past, I have experienced the overwhelming weight of burnout, grappled with low self-esteem, and felt trapped by unattainable goals. I've struggled with feeling unworthy, as if others' opinions defined my worth and how I deserved to be treated. But through my own healing process, I found my strength and discovered my purpose: to help others who are facing similar struggles.
Having experienced counselling as a teenager where I felt unheard and unable to be myself, I am committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Therapy is a collaboration, and I prioritise your preferences and needs every step of the way.
Qualifications & Approach
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework. I continually engage in professional development and additional training to ensure I stay at the forefront of therapeutic practices and theories in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
Flexible Therapy Options
To fit into your busy life, I offer therapy sessions:

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
