About me

You’re ready to make a change but feel stuck and need a helping hand.
I help adults manage anxiety and navigate grief, loss, or life transitions.

You want to make a change, or maybe you have had one forced upon you. Either way, you know you don’t want to keep feeling the way you do, and that’s why you’re here. I know how it feels; I’ve been there myself, and I think you are really brave for being here.

Life can be complicated and hard to navigate. You see everyone else living their lives and just want to do the same, but something is holding you back. You are ready to start making a change, and I am here to help guide you through it.

As an experienced therapist in North-West London, I can help you understand yourself better so that you can make the choices and decisions that are right for you. You don’t have to continue feeling broken and scared, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I want to help you out of this stuck place and into the life that you desire.

Life doesn’t come with a guidebook, and sometimes it’s hard to know how to live.

Whether it be anxiety, loss, or life changes, I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate away from feeling “stuck” and begin to live a more fulfilling and happy life.

Appointments

If you would like to have counselling sessions with me either online or in person, the first step is to reach out by booking an introductory call here and we can arrange an initial chat 15 min free chat.

You can also send me an email here, so that we can then arrange for you to have an initial counselling session with me.

This will give you an opportunity to tell me about your current difficulties and to ask me any questions which you might have about how I work and what to expect from our sessions. It’s then very much up to you to decide whether you would like to book further sessions.

I have experience working with individuals with mild to severe difficulties across all issues. I am involved with a grief charity where I have spent time working with parents who have lost a partner.

I am a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and, while I work towards my doctorate, a trainee member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association, and the Society for Existential Analysis.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
