About me
Hello, I’m a counsellor working with individuals and with couples and I offer counselling services both online via Zoom and by phone or Facetime.
I work with a broad and varied range of issues including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, anger, bereavement, self-harm, abuse, low self-esteem, low confidence, and sex and relationship difficulties, among others.
I have personal and professional experience of neurodivergence, including autism, PDA, and ADHD, and I welcome neurodivergent and disabled clients. I also work with parents and carers to support their emotional needs and explore the impact of their caring role.
I am a qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist, working with sex and relationship difficulties, communication problems, sexual dysfunction, low desire, sexual pain, sex addiction, issues around gender identity and sexuality, among others.
I will work together with you on whatever you would like to talk about – perhaps a particular issue you're experiencing at the moment where you would like some clarity and understanding, or perhaps you need some additional support at a difficult time. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to share, explore, reflect and come to understand what’s happening for you at this time in your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified counsellor with Diplomas in Integrative Counselling, Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and Working with Sex Addiction.

I have experience of working with young people, adults and couples and have completed additional training in Anger Management, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, Mindfulness, Self-Harm, Emotional Resilience in Adolescents, Eating Disorders, Working with Young LGBTQIA People, Health Anxiety and Working with Clients on the Autistic Spectrum.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
