About me
Hello, I work as an online counsellor offering counselling services to individuals and to couples.
I have experience of working with a range of different issues and I also offer relationship therapy, psychosexual therapy and anger management sessions. I have both personal and professional experience of working with different presentations of autism.
I will work together with you on whatever you would like to talk about - it may be you would like to talk through a particular issue you're experiencing at the moment to find some clarity and understanding, or perhaps you feel you need some additional support at a difficult time. We can discuss at an initial appointment whether counselling might be helpful to you. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space to share, explore, reflect and come to understand what’s happening for you at this time in your life.
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, anger, self-harm, abuse, low self-esteem, low confidence, among other difficulties.
I offer short term anger management counselling, usually 6 to 8 sessions, looking at the impact your anger is having on your life, triggers, behaviours and ways to understand and manage it differently.
I also work with sex and relationship difficulties, communication problems, sexual dysfunction, low desire, issues around gender identity and sexuality, sex addiction, among others.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a general member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
If you would like to talk further, please contact me to arrange an initial appointment.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
