About me

Are you struggling with recurring relationship challenges, deep emotional wounds, or feeling disconnected from yourself and your partner? Healing your relationships starts with healing yourself, and relational therapy offers a powerful way to transform both.

I work with diverse couples and individuals navigating different family dynamics, going through transformations, major changes, and experiencing more complex challenges including mixed-culture and interfaith relationships, LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

Every relationship is unique, shaped by personal history, social influences, and unconscious patterns. My approach is designed to help you understand and heal relational wounds while strengthening emotional bonds in a way that honours both individuality and connection.

In Our Work Together, You Will:

✔ Heal and strengthen your relationships by understanding the patterns shaping them.

✔ Address and resolve deep-seated emotional wounds that may stem from childhood, past relationships, or family history.

✔ Gain insight into your attachment patterns and how they influence your connections.

✔ Improve communication, trust, and emotional understanding with your partner.

✔ Develop a stronger sense of self and confidence in expressing your needs.

✔ Navigate difficult transitions, affairs, betrayals, or major life changes with clarity and support.

An Integrative & Holistic Approach

As a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist, the 4 Foci Approach: Relationships, Embodiment, Meaning-Making, and Agency deeply informed my work. This means we don’t just work on surface-level issues—we delve deeper to help you reconnect with your emotions, make sense of your experiences, and regain a sense of agency over your life and relationships.

What You Will Practice in Therapy
1️⃣ Better Communication – Learn to express your needs and emotions in a way that fosters understanding instead of conflict.
2️⃣ More Confidence – Understand your values and boundaries, allowing you to make decisions that align with who you truly are.
3️⃣ Deeper Relationships – Improve your ability to listen, show empathy, and build authentic connections.
4️⃣ Fewer Conflicts and Misunderstandings – Recognize thought patterns and change reactions to more constructive ones.
5️⃣ Greater Self-Awareness – Discover how past experiences shape your current relationships and behaviours.
6️⃣ Emotional Balance – Learn how to identify and regulate emotions rather than being controlled by them.
7️⃣ More Authenticity – Gain the courage to be yourself without feeling the need to meet others’ expectations.
8️⃣ More Peace and Fulfillment – Achieve greater harmony in your life and relationships by practicing acceptance and making conscious choices.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work with individuals and couples, both face-to-face and online, creating a safe, culturally sensitive, and inclusive space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and relationships without judgment. My approach helps you improve communication, build deeper connections, and gain a better understanding of yourself, all while staying true to your authenticity.

How We Work Together
I combine humanistic and psychodynamic approaches with elements of existential therapy, meaning we explore both the present and the ways past experiences influence your life. Together, we uncover repeating patterns, shift communication styles, and develop greater self-awareness.

Following Irvin Yalom’s perspective that “it is the relationship that is healing,” we will identify and address the underlying mechanisms that may be holding you back, creating space for real transformation.

If you're ready to deepen your self-awareness and improve your relationships, let’s start this journey together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
