About me
I offer short and long term counselling in-person and online for adults and young people.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, perhaps you are experiencing unfamiliar, confusing or unwelcome thoughts & feelings you would like to explore. The journey into seeking counselling isn't always brought on by a trauma or specific event - it can also be a desire to gain a greater understanding of ourselves & our feelings. You may want to make changes in your life & are unsure where to start, or you may want some support with a particular problem. I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental & confidential space to explore any difficulties you may be facing.
