To support you during these challenging times I am offering both 1hr & 30 min sessions, online or by phone to help you with your emotional & mental wellbeing. Keeping mentally & emotionally healthy is vital at this time of isolation.
It’s important that right now we keep healthy physically, mentally and emotionally, so for those who may find standard therapy fees a barrier, I am offering concessionary rates of £40 per hour and £25 per half hour. I can offer the one off session, or regular sessions, depending on your needs. The most important thing is that you get the support you need.
This is a really hard time, with so much uncertainty, which at times can feel overwhelming. No matter what you’re feeling, we can find a way through this so that you can cope better. I am a professional Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Well-being Coach and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Facilitator, I have over 25 years of experience of working in the field of Emotional Health and Well-being. Through the expertise I have gathered, I am confident that I will provide you with the information, help and support you need.
I provide practical help and support to enable you to manage your life skillfully, create healthier, more loving relationships, building the inner resilience and resources you need to navigate your life better.
I offer short-term (6 -8 sessions) and longer on-going support from my practice in Harrogate, and online sessions via Skype or Zoom world wide.
My specialism is in depression, anxiety and stress and have developed tools and recipes to create emotional resilience, not only to manage but to transform these debilitating challenges.
