About me

Hello, I’m Agnieszka - a qualified integrative counsellor working with adults in person from Central London and in Bexley (DA14), online and on the phone. With extensive experience working with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, family issues and personality disorders (BPD, NPD), I recognise how important it is to truly hear your individual experience. I am committed to creating a supportive and caring space in which this deep understanding will be possible and in which you will start feeling in control of your life and emotions again.

In our sessions, we will work together towards a deeper understanding of the aspects of your life that are causing you distress and work through feelings and experiences that have become unmanageable. As an integrative counsellor, I will work with you in a way that's best suited to your needs, allowing voice to the parts of your that may have been silenced for years.

Reaching out for support is often daunting. To make things as easy as they can be, I would encourage you to get in touch to have an introductory conversation on the phone or online in which we can talk about the challenges you are facing and explore the best way forward for you. There is no obligation, just an opportunity to embark on the journey towards better understanding.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
