About me

I am in private practice since 2016.

I can support you with a variety of issues from personal development to managing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem to managing unresolved childhood issues, trauma, and abuse issues.

We start with an assessment session, when we both find out if we can work together and what is the best way forward for you.

The assessment session is at no obligation to start therapy with me.

The number of sessions with me is not prescriptive, but rather, depending on what you need help with and how are you engaging in the process.

Your readiness for starting the process is important to start and keep going.

Located 15 minutes away from Cambridge or St Ives , my Clinic is  safe and accessible with free parking available. The Clinic has a great privacy for face-to-face sessions as well as for virtual sessions.

I work with a variety of therapeutic models practicing Psychotherapy, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Psycho therapeutic coaching, EFT tapping therapy, NLP and Park’s Inner Child Therapy.

2 days /week I  work as a Consultant Therapist for a project funded by NHS since 2019, offering talking therapy for the  ones who  experienced sexual abuse.

I am also a Licenced Facilitator of a 12 weeks recovery program for women who experienced sexual abuse and work with small groups up to 4, contact me if interested.

I am as well a certified Clinical Supervisor, offering supervision to therapists and coaches.

My background is in nursing and social work, still holding the protected title of my social work profession and delivering training for the social care sector.
