I am a pluralistic and integrative psychotherapist , working with a variety of psycho-therapeutic modalities including hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, counseling approaches such as person centered, CBT, psycho-dynamic and analytical approaches ,creative tools in therapy.
I love working face to face and clients feel held and free in my presence.
I am passionate about the journey of individuation (becoming your true self)
My specialism is in Childhood Trauma and Abuse with the powerful and life changing Penny Parks Inner Child Therapy-qualified PICT Practitioner and Quick Change guiding adult clients to resolve issues from childhood that are impacting us in our adult life.
I also have expertise /specialism in supporting individuals who experienced sexual abuse and from 2019 to 2024 I provided trauma informed talking therapy for an NHS funded project in Suffolk and Norfolk working with individuals (children and adults ) who experienced sexual abuse and the challenges of Court process and Police investigations.
I am a certified Clinical Supervisor, offering clinical supervision for therapists and coaches.

About supporting clients who have experienced childhood trauma and abuse- PICT Therapy.
Depending on your individual needs, there are few ways we can work together.
Subject to an initial assessment, you may be offered:
-an intensive 5-day retreat
-5 consecutive days of therapy across 5 weeks
-weekly sessions at your own pace
This flexibility allows clients to choose the format that feels most suitable for them, particularly for those who may need to travel from further afield to access this type of therapy.
