About me

I am a specialist in trauma and abuse -PICT practitioner .

I am  a psychotherapist, counselor and hypnotherapist in private practice.

My clinic is  in Willingham ,(the outskirts of Cambridge)- free parking available and the privacy and safety needed for our work together.

I work with a variety of therapeutic models ,practicing integrative Psychotherapy,  Hypnotherapy, and Park’s Inner Child Therapy.

The use of psychosomatic exercises and energy psychology  exercises , as well as sand tray therapy and other creative tools in therapy, are additional ways I can support you in your journey.

I also offer life coaching and wellbeing workshops and programs for recovery from abuse. 

I have 5 years experience working with survivors of sexual abuse providing trauma informed talking therapies.

 I am a certified Clinical Supervisor, offering clinical supervision for  therapists and coaches.

Enhanced DBS checked.
