About Me
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
Who I help
If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences, therapy can offer a place to breathe, make sense of what is happening, and begin to feel more like yourself again.Over the years, I have supported people with:
● anxiety
● depression
● trauma
● relationship difficulties
● low self-esteem
● phobias
● eating disorders
● grief
● the lasting effects of difficult childhood experiences
Therapy can help you understand these struggles more clearly, reduce their impact, and build a greater sense of confidence, stability and hope.
How I work
I provide a calm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is troubling you and feel genuinely heard.
My style is warm, supportive and interactive. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as:
● EMDR
● Internal Family Systems (IFS)
● Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
● CBT
● Psychotherapy
Together we will explore what is keeping you stuck and work towards meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels manageable and supportive for you. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I will work alongside you at a pace that feels right. Some clients benefit from just a few sessions, while others choose longer-term therapy—we will decide together what best suits your needs.
My qualifications
With over 20 years’ experience, including a long career as an NHS therapist, supervisor and clinical lead, I am a UKCP registered and accredited psychotherapist, an accredited EMDR practitioner, an accredited IPT practitioner, and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Alongside my private practice I work as a Trauma Therapist at Beacon House which is a private Trauma Clinic operating out of Cuckfield and Chichester that specialises in adoption and Complex -trauma.
There, I mainly work with clients suffering from complex trauma with symptoms of depression, anxiety, irritability, problems with sleep and amongst other symptoms over or under eating. Many of my clients present with unresolved childhood issues, abuse, or loss of access to their children or suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
With those individuals I mainly use EMDR and Internal Family System Therory . It is my pleasiure to introduce clients to a new startling way of viewing humans. Anyone interested in finding out more about IFS please read my article attached.
